Healthy ministries require more than good intentions. They need spiritually mature leaders, effective structures, intentional leadership development, and a clear commitment to mission.
Built to FORM Training is a six-week guided learning experience designed to help pastors, ministry leaders, church staff, and emerging leaders examine the health of the ministries they lead or serve.
Using the FORM Framework, participants will move beyond understanding the principles to examining their own ministry practices, identifying areas that need attention, and considering practical steps toward healthier, more sustainable ministry.

Living Letters Institute provides structured learning experiences designed to strengthen biblical understanding, spiritual formation, and practical leadership development.
