I was honored to serve as the keynote speaker for the 2026 Empowered 2 Build Conference hosted by Zion Chapel Church.

The conference was designed to encourage, strengthen, and equip pastors, ministry leaders, emerging leaders, and those serving in the local church. Throughout the day, participants received biblical teaching, practical leadership insight, and encouragement for faithful ministry.

My keynote session focused on principles of biblical leadership and healthy ministry, helping leaders think carefully about the spiritual and organizational foundations necessary for long-term faithfulness and effectiveness.

The gathering created an opportunity for pastors, ministry leaders, teachers, volunteers, and emerging leaders to grow together around a shared desire to serve Christ and His Church well.
